34 Il dit qu’il existait, déposé en lieu sûr, un livre écrit sur des plaques d’or, donnant l’histoire des anciens habitants de ce continent et la source dont ils étaient issus. Il dit aussi qu’il contenait la plénitude de l’Évangile éternel, telle qu’elle avait été donnée par le Sauveur à ces anciens habitants.
